Able SC, in partnership with the University of South Carolina School of Public Health, is offering a free, 8-week online course designed specifically for people with disabilities and other health conditions. Steps to Your Health will have you learning about healthy eating habits, stress management, and adaptive exercise, among many other topics! Join us starting next Thursday, May 21 from 2:30-3:30 PM via Zoom.
