July Disability Benefits and Employment Workshop Join us on Tuesday, July 16, from 1 PM - 3 PM in North Charleston! SC Works Trident, 1930 Hanahan Road, North Charleston, SC 29406 At the workshop we will:
- Hear from Laurens County Disabilities & Special Needs Board on how they phased out subminimum wage.
- Break down myths about working while receiving SSI/SSDI.
- Connect you with local service providers during the vendor fair!
This workshop is for people currently transitioning or who have completed the transition from subminimum wage employment, including beneficiaries, their families, service providers, and support staff. |
