Employers, join us virtually on Friday, July 10 from 9:00-10:30 AM as we interview Dr. Laura Bogardus on how you and your business can maintain the momentum in hiring people with disabilities. We will discuss the current state of the workforce and how people with disabilities have been affected. You will also have a chance to ask any questions related to the topic of hiring individuals with disabilities.

About Dr. Laura Bogardus
Dr. Bogardus leverages significant business experience to provide specialized change management consulting and leadership coaching. She provides guidance and strategic development for diverse clients including non-profit boards of directors, business leadership teams, and community collaboration teams representing multiple organizations. Dr. Bogardus' research interests concern reduction of workplace disparities. She is an advocate for workforce inclusion with special expertise in fair hiring practices and disability inclusion. She is a frequent speaker on the topic and has achieved the following certifications and distinctions:
Dr. Bogardus received a doctoral degree in international family and community studies from Clemson University, a master’s degree in human behavior and conflict management from Columbia College, and a bachelor's degree from Miami University. As a doctoral student, she received the Excellence in Engagement and Social Advocacy Graduate Student Award, the Kimbrough and Melton Parents Award, and the Graduate Student Award of Excellence.
