The Equip team is excited to announce that we will be running the mental health series again. The mental health series is a continuation of the general social skills group, and students will learn how to identify and process their emotions, healthy communication, how to recognize the different types of relationships and build a support system, and how to get professional psychiatric help. Eligible participants are people with disabilities ages 13-22 who are currently in school.
The mental health series will consist of four separate lessons on June 3, 10, 17 and 24. Complete all four to receive a certificate of completion!
