Workshop Objectives:

The training aims to educate employers about the intersection of race and disability within the workforce. Participants will understand how intersectionality affects the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and people of color employees with disabilities and learn how to create and implement inclusive workplace policies and practices.

The workshop was developed and organized by a member of the BIPOC community through the Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation and is geared for business managers, executives, and HR professionals ready to hire and retain a workforce inclusive of minority South Carolinians with Disabilities.
